Students took time out of their school day to watch the inauguration of President Barack Obama Tuesday at Gutierrez Middle School.Juan Angel Guerra Walks from the Willacy County Court House to the 13th Court of Appeals in Edinburg about 46 miles Tuesday, to protest a decision made by a Judge to throw out Guerra's inditement's against former Vice President Dick Cheney and a handful of other people.
